Poor kid, that's some shit that would have terrified me when I was young too. I was too scared to ever say 'idk what you're talking about' so I'd just say things that sounded vaguely correct but were hilariously wrong.

At first glance, I thought it said "From the makers of Home Alone on Bath Salts ". I must say, I'm a bit let down. Though I suppose it's ultimately saying this movie is the next best thing, it'd be tough to live up to the original Home Alone on Bath Salts , so it's a shame to find out that doesn't exist.

Thriller film , also known as suspense film or suspense thriller , is a broad film genre that involves excitement and suspense in the audience. [1] The suspense element, found in most films' plots, is particularly exploited by the filmmaker in this genre. Tension is created by delaying what the audience sees as inevitable, and is built through situations that are menacing or where escape seems impossible. [2]

The cover-up of important information from the viewer, and fight and chase scenes are common methods. Life is typically threatened in thriller film, such as when the protagonist does not realize that they are entering a dangerous situation. Thriller films' characters conflict with each other or with an outside force, which can sometimes be abstract. The protagonist is usually set against a problem, such as an escape, a mission , or a mystery. [3]

Thriller films are typically hybridized with other genres; hybrids commonly including: action thrillers, adventure thrillers, fantasy and science fiction thrillers. Thriller films also share a close relationship with horror films , both eliciting tension. In plots about crime, thriller films focus less on the criminal or the detective and more on generating suspense. Common themes include "terrorism, political conspiracy, pursuit, murder within members of a family or romantic triangles leading to murder". [3]

BAY SHORE, NY - If you stayed for just the first half of the Alzheimer's All-Star Classic Boys Game on Sunday at Bay Shore H.S. you would have left thinking that Nassau County won in blowout fashion as they led Suffolk County by 18 at the half, and led early in the second half by as many as 25, but boy did things turn around in a hurry.

Suffolk County came storming back, tying the game for the first time with 10 seconds left in regulation and having a chance to win it at the buzzer. The shot didn't go though and OT was needed to settle a winner. Suffolk grabbed their first lead of the game in the opening seconds of overtime, but it was Nassau who took over the rest of the way fighting back from losing a 25-point lead to come away with the 87-82 overtime victory.

From the midway point of the first half on you would've thought this was going to be a wipeout of epic proportions. After a Tyrone Lyons (St. Anthony's '18) tip in of a missed Alex Merhige (Harborfields '17) three that tied the game for Suffolk at 12 it became all Nassau.

The "Classic Thriller Sextet" is a term coined by Raymond Durgnat for the six consecutive 1930s films which helped established Hitchcock as a thriller director:

The first five films were made for the Gaumont-British studio. The Lady Vanishes was made for Gainsborough Pictures and distributed by Gaumont-British.
