Joe franchise.[2] The toyline lasted from 1982 to 1994, producing well over 500 figures and 250 vehicles and playsets. G.I. Joe – A Real American Hero is a 1991 run and gun platformer video game for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) based on the story line of the franchise of the same name. In this game, the player takes control of a team of three G.I. Joe characters. The initial roster of the game includes Duke, Snake Eyes, Blizzard, Captain Grid-Iron, and Rock ‘n Roll. A sixth character named Hawk will become available in the final stages of the game. The goal of the game is locate the Cobra Headquarters, and bring down the Cobra.
